KEY TAKEAWAYS
From weekends to weekdays
Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott, the hosts of the podcast Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki, will host the Hit Network's national early drive show from Monday 18 January 2027. The show runs weekdays from 3pm to 4pm, on air and on the LiSTNR app, and hands over to Lu & Jarch from 4pm to 6pm.[1]
The pair joined Hit in 2024 with a national Saturday night show, then added Friday nights and Saturday mornings, and have regularly filled in on national drive over the past year.[1] Lu & Jarch's 4pm show replaced Carrie and Tommy's earlier this month.
"We're super excited for 2027 to be able to join the Drive lineup, along with our good mates Lu and Jarch," Jackson said. Westcott described "expanding our radio show into a daily slot on Drive" as a natural next step.[3]
What they bring
Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki regularly places in the top 10 of Triton's Australian podcast ranker, and has more than 630,000 monthly listeners and 17 million downloads.[1] The duo also run their own fashion label, Jagger & Stone, and a wine label, Jackson West, and are taking their live show UNBOXED to Melbourne on 19 December.[2]
"Their energy resonates deeply with our audience and opens up powerful opportunities for our commercial partners," said Amanda Lee, head of Hit Network content. "Investing in their growth has been a priority for us."[3]
