TLDR
Foxtel Group's BINGE is now sold as an add-on subscription inside Amazon's Prime Video app in Australia, at $19 a month for Standard and $22 for Premium. It is Prime Video's 32nd Australian add-on, and BINGE's cheaper ad-supported plan does not appear to be on offer through Amazon.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
The deal
BINGE, the entertainment streamer owned by Foxtel Group, is now available as an add-on subscription inside Amazon's Prime Video app in Australia. Prime Video customers can choose Standard at $19 a month or Premium at $22, billed through Amazon in one app, and cancel at any time.[1]
The add-on carries BINGE's entertainment, including Colin From Accounts, Wentworth and High Country, plus live sport from Kayo SPORTS, including the AFLW, NRLW and selected AFL, NRL, BBL and WBBL games with no ad breaks during play, and live news channels News24, BBC News, FOX SPORTS News and CNBC.[1]
"Our partnership with Prime Video opens up a new way for customers to access BINGE, extending our reach while making our breadth of premium entertainment more accessible," said Stephanie Quinn, Foxtel Group's executive director of content and commercial partnerships.[1] Alexandra Gilbert, head of content at Prime Video Australia and New Zealand, said: "We're excited to welcome BINGE to Prime Video as our 32nd add-on subscription partner in Australia."[1]
Same price, fewer plans
The Prime prices match what BINGE charges direct for Standard and Premium, TV Blackbox reported. BINGE's $10-a-month ad-supported tier and its introductory discounts don't appear to be available through Prime Video.[2] That keeps the cheapest way into BINGE, and the advertising audience that comes with it, on BINGE's own platform.
A rival's shop window
BINGE joins HBO Max, Apple TV, MGM+ and Hayu on Prime Video's add-on list.[1] Foxtel Group, which also owns Kayo and Hubbl, was bought by global sports streamer DAZN in 2025.[3]
The trade-off is the usual one for these deals. BINGE gets placed in front of Prime Video's Australian customers without them needing another app or another bill. Amazon owns the billing and the app those customers sign up through.[1] TV Blackbox noted that Stan, owned by Nine, is the other major Australian streamer not yet on Prime's add-on list.[2]
