Toni Frith: leaves Dentsu after a redundancy, ending almost 15 years with the group. The Melbourne-based media investment leader was most recently group investment director at Carat Australia, a role she took in 2024, after joining what was then Dentsu X in 2013 as a client service director and later moving to the group's Amplifi agency. Mumbrella reported the exit comes as Dentsu is understood to be restructuring its media divisions; Dentsu declined to say how many roles are affected. Frith said on LinkedIn she is "stepping into the market". Reported 21/10/2026.
