Citizen Lab says Israeli spyware ads reached Australian govt networks
An Israeli firm bought ordinary ads through exchanges including Google Ad Manager and used them to deliver Candiru spyware, Citizen Lab found. Google had listed the firm as an approved vendor since 2020.
